Detecting Peer-to-Peer Botnets

Attacking from distributed locations, attackers are harder to catch or stop and often have more bandwidth to abuse. New methods are required to detect the forming of these widespread networks of infected hosts, especially now that it seems attackers have discovered the peer-to-peer (P2P)technology.
